Basque-Inspired Dining, Cooked Over Fire, with a Late-Night Cocktail and Live Music Bar Upstairs
Discover Chelsea’s Newest Destination: A Chef-Led Restaurant, Live-Fire Kitchen, and Late-Night Music Bar – All Under One Roof
Whether you’re settling in for a fire-cooked dinner or heading upstairs for cocktails, vinyl, and live music into the early hours, Prince Arthur Chelsea is here to welcome you. Come and discover our new home on Draycott Avenue.
At the heart of our restaurant is a bespoke charcoal grill, built to bring live-fire cooking fully into focus. Head Chef Adam Iglesias returns to lead the kitchen, drawing on the food and traditions of his Basque heritage while letting the finest British and European produce take centre stage — from a dedicated seafood counter to meat and fish dry-aged in-house and Prince Arthur’s own caviar.
Upstairs, Chelsea Music Bar introduces an entirely new chapter to Prince Arthur. Inspired by the intimate listening bars of Tokyo, it’s a late-night room built around vinyl, carefully curated live performances, and a cocktail programme designed for after dark. Licensed until 1:30am, it’s where the evening naturally continues once dinner is done.

Head Chef Adam Iglesias: Bringing Prince Arthur’s Basque identity into its Chelsea chapter.
Adam Iglesias returns to lead Prince Arthur into its new home in Chelsea, having played a defining role in establishing the restaurant’s original culinary identity in Belgravia — recognised in the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years. Basque-born, Adam draws deeply on the food and traditions of his heritage, trained in top kitchens across Australia, France, and Spain, including the Michelin-starred Alameda in San Sebastián. In London, he refined his craft at BRAT, Barrafina, and Sessions Arts Club before first taking the helm at Prince Arthur. In Chelsea, Adam returns with a kitchen purpose-built around his style of cooking — a bespoke charcoal grill that puts live fire once again at the centre of the menu, and the space to take the Prince Arthur food identity further.
